The Mercedes-Benz Born to Run email race
With a demanding customer service response rate at the heart of Mercedes-Benz Vans’ new brand promise “Born to run”, we challenged staff to set the record for the fastest reply to a customer’s email. It was yet another benchmark, with limited edition Nike Born to Run sneakers up for grabs, in a week long internal campaign designed to educate staff on what it really takes to deliver exceptional customer service.
